4 Steps to Resolve QuickBooks Error 1603
STEP 1: Get QuickBooks Tools Hub and install it.
- Make certain that QuickBooks Desktop is closed.
- By hitting CTRL+J, you may navigate to your download in QuickBooks Tools Hub.
- Click QuickBooksToolsHub.exe from your downloads list.
- To enable this app to make modifications, choose Yes.

Microsoft MSXML Repair
- On the keyboard, press the Windows+R keys.
- Type appwiz.cpl into the Run box that appears on the screen and click OK.
- Choose MSXML 6.0 from the drop-down menu and click Uninstall (at the top of the list)
- Now go to the Microsoft website and download the msxml.msi file.
- When it’s finished downloading, double-click it and follow the on-screen instructions.
- After the MSXML file has been installed completely, install QuickBooks desktop.
