  • Right-click on the “Point of Sale” icon on your desktop. Then select “Troubleshoot compatibility”.
  • Click “Try recommendation settings” and then follow the step-by-step instructions.
  • Once you have completed these two steps, restart your computer and start the “POS Application”.
